The
entire Cobblestone project is dedicating over 38 acres that will remain
as open space forever. Within the 38 acres there are approximately 15
acres that is generously distributed around and between home sites.
Cobblestone was designed so that the backyards of any home would not
back up directly with another. Within the 15 acres of open space is designed a trail
system that allows access to any part of the development. This trail
system will be paved and is approximately 2 miles in total length and
8' wide. Excellent for jogging, biking or taking a stroll. Cobblestone is donating approximately 18 acres to
Wasatch County for a Civic Site. One possible use for this area is an
Elementary School. Next to the County Civic Site are two separate pieces
of property that the LDS and Catholic churches own and may be used for
future church sites. A secondary water system will be stubbed to each lot
for the use of outdoor watering. This will help save the precious
drinking water for indoor use. Pictures are for illustration purposes
only. Cobblestone reserves the right to make adjustments to these
amenities and the final appearances may vary.
